General Terms of Service

These General Terms govern all contractual relationships between Bridge and its clients.

Any validation of quotes, contract signing, or payment constitutes full and complete acceptance of these terms.

Bridge operates exclusively as:

Bridge is neither a bank, nor a law firm, nor an insurer, nor an administrative authority.

Bridge is bound by an obligation of means and not of results.

No service guarantees:

• Strategic facilitator
• Coordinator
• Business intermediary
• Structuring advisor

• Obtaining credit
• Administrative approval
• Investment success
• Project profitability

Bridge cannot be held responsible for:

• Decisions made by the client
• Acts or omissions of partners
• Administrative or banking refusals
• Indirect or financial losses

In any event, Bridge's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

Partners presented by Bridge are legally independent.

Any contractual relationship concluded directly between the client and a partner is separate from Bridge.

If the client chooses to deal outside Bridge coordination:

• Bridge disclaims all responsibility
• No refund will be possible
• No mediation will be provided

The client undertakes not to:

• Directly contact a partner presented by Bridge without written validation
• Exploit contacts provided for personal or commercial purposes

This prohibition applies during the contract term and for 24 months after its end.

In case of circumvention:

The client must pay Bridge:

• 30% of the total value of the contract concluded with the partner

The highest amount being retained.

Due to the intellectual and strategic nature of services:

• Payments are firm and final
• No refund is possible after mission start

The client undertakes to comply with:

• Applicable anti-corruption laws
• International compliance standards

Any attempt at corruption, fraud or illegal practice will result in immediate termination without refund.

The client declares:

• Not to appear on any international sanctions list
• To comply with applicable tax and regulatory laws

Bridge reserves the right to refuse any mission not compliant with AML / KYC standards.

Bridge recognizes as official only:

• Emails and numbers published on its website
• Contracts issued through its validated channels

Bridge disclaims all responsibility in case of fraud related to unreferenced contacts.

The client undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of:

• Strategies
• Methodologies
• Transmitted documents

Bridge cannot be held responsible in case of events beyond its control.

Bridge may suspend or terminate any relationship in case of:

• Non-payment
• Circumvention
• Non-compliance with these terms

These terms are governed by the law applicable to Bridge's registered office.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office after an attempt at amicable resolution.

Any order, payment or signature constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms.
